Work Up was founded in 2021 in response to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on SMEs. As many businesses faced halted growth and the challenges of hiring and team development, Work Up emerged to provide the support they needed to rebuild.

 

By helping organisations regain stability and confidence, we enabled leaders to move forward—laying the groundwork for future growth even in uncertain times.

Lucy came to work alongside our business a little over a year ago and we can truly say it has been an incredible working relationship and supported us to change the way we operate as a company.
